Low's Translator Docs
Home Pro Support server Dashboard

Dashboard guide

The dashboard is a single-page app at https://translate.lowe.lol/dashboard, available after you sign in with Discord. It has a desktop layout (left sidebar) and a mobile layout (bottom tab bar). This page tours each section. Server configuration and the settings modal have their own page, Settings & server config.

Desktop. A left sidebar with the sections, a collapse toggle, the Admin button (admins only), your profile and settings gear, and the Help center.

Mobile. The sidebar is replaced by a bottom tab bar: Home, Auto, Servers, Usage, and More (a sheet with Glossary, Character packs, What's new, Help center, and Admin). A compact sticky header shows the page title with the inbox bell and a settings cog on the right.

Overview

Your home page:

  • Characters used this month. A gauge of cap consumption. OpenAI usage is not counted here, because it's uncapped.
  • Your plan. Current plan, limits, remaining balance, extra (pack) balance, and a usage bar.
  • Quick actions and What's new (the changelog).
  • Refer a friend. Your personal invite link, how many people you've referred, the bonus characters you've earned, and your progress toward the next milestone. See Referrals & rewards.
  • A low-balance banner appears when you're at or under about 10% of your cap.

Usage

Two charts, Characters and Translations, over a selectable range (24h, 30 days, or 12 months). These reflect your capped usage (DeepL plus Azure). OpenAI activity is unlimited and tracked separately, so heavy OpenAI-only use can show as low here by design.

Below the charts, a recap card summarises your activity (total translations, your top languages, and your busiest month), built from privacy-safe counters. The bot does not store the text of your translations: there's no message history to browse, only these aggregate totals.

Auto-translate & Servers

Configuring channel auto-translation and per-server settings. See Channel auto-translate and Settings & server config.

Glossary & Character packs

Inbox (notifications)

A bell in the header opens your inbox. It surfaces several kinds of notifications, with a tracked read/unread badge:

  • Ticket replies. Created the moment Support answers one of your tickets. Click to open the thread.
  • Low balance. One alert per billing period when you drop under the threshold. Click to buy a pack.
  • Referral bonuses. When someone signs up with your link, and again when you hit a referral milestone. See Referrals & rewards.
  • Weekly digest. Your "week in translation" summary card (see below), if the digest is enabled.

Opening the bell clears the red badge (marks everything read) but keeps the items as history. A notification persists until it's responded to, then disappears: a ticket notification clears when you reply to that ticket, and a low-balance notification clears once you're back above the threshold. Notifications are erased if you delete your account.

Weekly digest

If enabled, once a week the bot sends you a short "your week in translation" summary (how much you translated, your top languages, and your remaining balance) as a Discord DM, a card in your inbox above, and (if you've saved a contact email) an email. It only sends in weeks you were actually active, so you'll never get an empty digest. Turn it off any time in Settings → Account → Weekly digest.

Help center (support tickets)

Open and track support tickets. You can attach an image, and replies from Support arrive here (and via Discord DM, unless you're actively viewing the thread). Closed tickets reopen automatically when you reply. The thread updates live, so replies appear without a refresh.

Getting help

If something looks wrong or you have a question, open a ticket in the Help center. Replies from the support team arrive there, as a Discord DM, and in your notifications inbox.
